After Sales Service
Godox SA is extremely proud of the Godox Brand in South Africa and are passionate about keeping the brand in high regard with our valued Godox users in South Africa.
Godox SA has invested money, time and effort on the support infrastructure for our imported Godox Products in South Africa, covering repairs, marketing and product education in order to ensure the best experience for our customers.
We do not however support equipment purchased from anyone who is not affiliated with Godox SA and/or not listed on our official Godox SA Retailer List. Should you choose to purchase your equipment from another source, be it offshore or local, the official Godox SA two year warranty and all of the Godox SA support infrastructure will not be made available to you. We supply Godox SA Retailers who support our views on customer experience.
