Return / Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

You may return a product for refund or exchange (if due to our error) within 14 days of the order shipment date.
The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email.
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (order number #) which you would have received upon placing your order online.

If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged.

Contact us within 14 days of the item’s order shipment date to arrange for the return of your purchase.
We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, etc., where applicable.
Packaging is part of the complete item so has to be in perfect condition.

If you ordered the wrong item

We will exchange your goods for the correct item or if the item is not available we will refund you for your purchase (minus the delivery cost) within 14 days of you returning the goods to us, provided the returned item(s) are received back in its original packaging and provided your purchase is in “as-new” condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance or non-returnable item.
When your return is received, you will be issued a refund (to the credit card used to pay) for the merchandise only. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the package back to us.

If the goods do not match their description.

If the goods do not in all material respects and characteristics correspond with their description on our website, you may return them to us at our expense within 10 days of you having received them, in the original packaging. We shall refund to you the cost of the goods less the reasonable cost of repackaging them, and we reserve our right to charge you a reasonable amount for use of the goods if the goods have been used.

    I NEED HELP I BOUGHT A GODOX LIGHT 3 WEEKS AGO AND IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO ME THE COURIER SAID THEY CANNOT COME TO MY AREA. I MUST MEET THEM ELSWHERE I CANNOT MEET THEM I WORK TILL 7PM EVERYDAY THIS IS WHY I ORDER MY GEAR. I SENT AN EMAIL TO YOUR CUSTOMERCARE LINE A WEEK AGO THEY DID NOT HELP ME. I CONTACTED THE PERSON WRITTEN ON MY ORDER HE CHOSE TO NOT REPLY TO MY EMAILS. NO LIGHT NO REFUND JUST SILENCE

      We sincerely apologise for the run around experienced with the Courier service.

      Our sales team was aware of your issue and has advised me that they have spoken to you this morning to resolve the issue. Another Courier has been arranged to deliver your goods to you.
      Can we recommend that in future you please specify in the special notes section of the delivery instructions that some couriers have difficulty delivering in your area, so we can call you to find out who delivers to your home address or rather select delivery to your work address if that is more central so that we can prevent any further problems in future.

    Good day I have a Godox external flash had it for a year but the other day doing a wedding it just does not want to flash anymore. Everything comes on but no flash. Does this mean that the globe has fused?? Could you repair it for me and if so where can I send it to and how long will it take.

      Thank you for the message. We do have a repair center for Godox gear. Where did you buy the flash and where are you located?
